:: Do You Combine Shipping Cost?

In terms of combining shipping cost, we do have a flat rate shipping system that rewards our customers who by more than 1 item.

For example, in one of our weight classes, the shipping cost is $6.00 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item.

:: Do you ship to addresses that are different than my billing address?

If you are paying via credit card, both the billing address and the shipping address must be on file with your credit card bank before we can ship out your order, due to security reasons.

If you are paying via PayPal, we only ship to the address that is verified with PayPal.

<> Also, you could send us all of the following information via fax [ 1-817-796-2291 ] to authorize your shipping address:

Copy of front and back of the credit card
Copy of front of the Driver's License or a state issued picture ID of the credit card owner
A statement reading, "I authorize East Luna to ship my order to the following shipping address.” Put the billing address and the Order ID number underneath the shipping address.
A handwritten signature from the credit card owner

:: International Shipping?

I'm sorry, currently we do not ship or sell to customers outside of the United States.

:: Order Tracking?

If you registered for a customer account with us, just log into your customer account [ here ] to track your shipment.

Tracking information will also be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped.

:: Price Guarantees or Price Matching?

I'm sorry, but we don't offer any price guarantees.

Also, we don't offer any price matching.

:: Shipping to P.O. Box or APO/FPO Addresses?

Due to warehouse restrictions, if you want to ship to a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address we will have to charge you extra shipping costs due to the double shipment we will have to do, since our warehouses do not use USPS for shipping. Contact us before you place your order to find out how much the extra charge will be.
