Shipping Policy
 
:: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
:: All in stock items are shipped out within 24 to 48 business hours, unless stated otherwise.
:: Ground shipments are usually received within 3 to 7 days, but no later than 10 business days from initial shipment date.
:: Surcharges for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be added to your total during checkout.
:: Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO addresses.
:: Be prepared for an increase in shipping time around holidays.
:: You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
:: An order tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address received during the order process after we ship your order.
 
Sales Tax
 

East Luna is required to collect sales tax from Virginia and California residents.

 
Order Acceptance
 
All orders are subject to acceptance by East Luna. Receipt by Buyer from East Luna's order acknowledgement indicates acceptance of Buyer's order subject to the terms set forth herein and the acknowledgement and is final and binding. The order acknowledgement will be considered the final expression of the agreement between the Buyer and East Luna and shall be the exclusive expression of the terms thereof, except that the order acknowledgement shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No orders are binding on East Luna until execution of the order acknowledgement.
 
Order Changes
 
All reasonable requests for changes will be honored. Any order change accepted after order acknowledgement is subject to our ability to confirm and will be subject to a charge for materials and other costs involved in the change depending on the status of the order at the time of the change request.
 
Back Order and Pre-Order Policy
 
:: You will not be charged to make back orders or pre-orders until your order has shipped, unless you select PayPal for payment.
:: The sale price and/or shipping cost of any back ordered or pre-ordered product is subject to change. Therefore, when we finally ship out your order, the price and/or shipping cost may have changed from the time you first back ordered or pre-ordered the product. You will be charged for the future price and/or shipping cost of the product when we ship out your order and not for the price you currently see now on our site. We will try to keep prices the same, but sometimes we get misquoted prices and shipping weights from our suppliers, which force us to increase the price and shipping cost when the item arrives.
:: All back orders and pre-orders will be executed in the order in which they where received. Simply, if you are first on the list, your order will be processed first.
 
Cancellations
 
:: You can only cancel your order if it has not been shipped.
 
Warranty Conditions and Coverage
 
:: Simply, we will honor all manufacturer warranties.
:: East Luna is not responsible, in any way, for lost data, software data files, software program files, lost income or any other consequential or incidental damages or costs resulting from defective equipment or software.
:: All returns are subject to availability of parts from the manufacturer. If parts are not in stock, they will be ordered through normal channels at no cost to the customer. If you desire parts to be expedited, i.e. overnight air, there will be a fee to cover the service.
:: Physically damaged products cannot be returned or repaired by the manufacturer for any reason.
:: Any returns found to be damaged by the customer, will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
 
Merchandise Return Policy
 
:: We have a 30-day money back guarantee. However, we will not refund products that have been physically damaged by the customer. After 30 days, products become subject to the manufacturers stated warranty only for replacement request of the exact same item. Customers must contact the manufacturer after the return period expires.
:: No merchandise can be returned for refund after 30-days from the receipt of an order.

:: East Luna charges customers a 15% restocking fee for non-defective returns.
:: The customer will be responsible for shipment cost in the event of a return. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. If we receive a shipment marked freight collect, then the return request will be rejected.
:: In the event of an order error RMA replacement, if the mistake lies with the customer, we will charge the customer for the return shipment of the replacement. Basically, it's like placing another order.
:: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from East Luna before returning any product. We will send you a valid RMA number after we accept your RMA request. If a valid RMA number is not marked on the shipping label, the product will be refused. Do not write on the box unless instructed to do so. If you do, your return or refund request will be refused.
:: Only equipment that is an in stock item, in new condition, unused, and in the original unopened box, will be considered for refund. Due to copyright laws, neither software nor games can be returned if the cellophane seal covering the box is broken or the box has been opened, unless the product is defective.
:: Equipment that has been used or is not in a "resalable" new condition may not be returned for refund, and special order items are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Also, items On Sale cannot be returned for refund.
:: Make sure you keep everything that you received in your order, like original packaging and manuals, in the case you have to return a product. Failure to do so could result in a rejection of your return request or other conditions, such as extra charges for missing items.
:: CPU's/Processors, cooling fans, and memory products are non-refundable by us for any reason.
:: Returns must be shipped or delivered to East Luna in good condition (with all original documents), with the assigned RMA number clearly visible on the shipping label outside of the box. Again, Do not write on the box unless instructed to do so. If you do, your return or refund request will be refused.
:: In some cases, returns for replacement will be done with cross-shipments. If this is the case, we will ship you the replacement once we verify your RMA request. We will charge your account for the replacement and then issue a credit back to your account once we receive the item being returned.
:: After we grant you an RMA, your RMA Number will only be valid for 14 days. If we do not receive the product in question before that time, the return request will be rejected.
:: Upon acceptance of your refund request and the fulfillment of your RMA, you will receive your money back. Upon acceptance of your return request you will receive a replacement.
:: Any product determined to be defective or damaged must be reported within 7 days.
:: Any product determined to be damaged during shipment must be reported within 48 hours.
